KC Mobile OC provides on-site mobile oil change and basic vehicle maintenance services at customer-designated locations. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safe working environments.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle and contact information

Ensure safe and accessible service location

Be present or provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

Disclose any known mechanical issues prior to service

KC Mobile OC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or information provided is inaccurate.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided prior to service and may vary based on vehicle type, oil requirements, or additional services

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

Late or declined payments may result in additional fees

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee of $15

5. Liability Disclaimer

KC Mobile OC will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism. However:

We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues or damage

We are not liable for issues arising from manufacturer defects or prior improper maintenance

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranty provided applies only to the services performed and materials used

No guarantees are made beyond standard service expectations unless explicitly stated

7. Property & Environmental Conditions

Customers must ensure:

Adequate space for service

Compliance with local regulations

No hazardous or unsafe conditions

KC Mobile OC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform service due to environmental or property-related issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials related to KC Mobile OC are the property of the company and may not be used without permission.
